Downgraded TV box

I recently had issues with my TV controller for an old Huawei Youview box. This box had the record and long pause and playback features I liked. I have been issued a TV Hub that does not have these features, what do I need to do to receive the equivalent TV box? The bot pathway doesn't work for me.

TalkTalk no longer provide recordable boxes and haven't for 4 years now.
On the retail market the only recordable box is the Freeview play one by Manhatten. This the T4R.
On the grey market you can obtain an EE (BT) Pro box. The benefit of this is the ability to record 4 programmes simultaneously and it has the YouView functionality you will be used to.
If you decide to go town this route you will need to phone to request the removal of the TV charge and request a returns bag.
