Ordered new Hub on 26th September 2025 following email from Talk Talk, informed order would be processed within next 7 days, but No Action Since. Please can you inform me what is happening and why I haven’t yet received it.

I just need to confirm with you if an agent helped make the order or you had the process done online without the help of an agent. Thanks
