There isn't usually a pin number for iPlayer. If youve set parental controls within the app you will need to visit the IPlayer site to resolve.
If it's your box pin number, and you haven't changed it, try 1234 or 0000 which are the usual default numbers.
If you've changed it or it doesn't work, you will probably need to reset your box, if its your box that's requesting the pin.
