I have full fibre package with talk talk tv hub! set up as indicated on the set up card!
I can access the i player channels with good reception, but i get very limited live channels showing in the guide! therefore can't access most other channels!

@siphosethu-TT the lack of TV channels is not caused by a full fibre issue as the channels are broadcast over the air and are not reliant on a broadband connection.
This is either an issue with the TV Hub or @baileyandjackie TV aerial which is why I've asked the questions I have, which will help pinpoint the issue

I have assumed you have performed a retune of the box and checked the aerial cable is correctly inserted.

Do you have a terrestrial TV aerial plugged into the box?
What happens if you take the aerial out of the box and plug it directly into the TV? Do you get all channels?
If so then I suggest resetting the box and setting up again with the aerial returned to the box.
