We have one of the old boxes for which we pay £5 per month. The recordings that have been set constantly fail to record. Usually this is Channels 4 and 5 but more recently also Channel 3. I have tried to remove the TV package from my account but can't do so online. I have been with talkktalk since its Onetel days and I am really unhappy with the service now. I will be leaving talktalk when our contract expires and will probably go with Virgin. They won't keep customers if they can't supply an efficient and reliable service.

The TV charge can't be removed via My Account, @nannapat.
You need to ring in on 03451 720088 after 9am (Monday to Saturday) and it would be the same phone number if you wish to leave.
