Why on the hub box when I put on itv x from the guide to watch n earlier show can I see no picture but have the sound only

Sorry, just noticed you mention hub box, so maintenance reset instructions can be found here.

 

Just a thought though, double check your HDMI cable is secure at both ends and that you are using the one supplied with the box.

Which box do you have so we can offer advice please?

 

If it's the 4k or TV hub this can usually rectified by resetting the box. You can search for instructions by googling TalkTalk / your box type / reset.
