Why can’t I record programmes on my new box

I've just received my new box.  If I knew I couldn't record I wouldn't of renewed my contract.  Thinking of cancelling it.

The new TV Hub has no recording facility.

 

TalkTalk have not provided recordable boxes for over 3 years now as they say streaming is now more popular than recording.

 

If you still have a functioning YouView box you can continue to use this alongside the HUB which has better facilities to APPs.
