Hi. I have the 4k box. The programme information at the bottom of the screen on a number of the channels does not match the current programme. It displays programme information from 22nd October instead of todays. The now playing programmes on the home screen also show the 22nd October programmes.
I have performed all resets, including mains, router, factory resets and formatted the box. Any advice, please?

Unplug all the external devices by disconnecting any HDMI devices, USB drives, or adapters and observe if the information changes. Thanks

Yes. All set up. The Now On TV on the home screen also shows programmes from the 22nd October

The channel number matches the programme. When you initially select/change the channel, the programme information briefly displays at the bottom of the screen. It is this info that does not match the current programme and date.

@Cranver1 just to confirm everything works fine besides the fact that the number of the program is displaying a different program?

Yes all connected. Catch up works fine.

Have you checked that it is connected to the internet OK?
