Since 13Dec we have have subtitles on the now tv sports,, tried everything just can’t seem to get rid of them, it’s a bit annoying trying to watch any match with the subtitles on the bottom of the screen
And on my mobile app it's in the top right hand corner.

I think if you use the downward button so it shows the time bar, underneath that is, at least on mine, a box to turn subtitles on or off.

Which device? There is an option to toggle on and off at any time in the appropriate settings. Not really a TalkTalk issue, reach out to NOW support directly if you are still stuck.
