Does this mean that there is a fault with my DN372T box, which I recently purchased.

@Gliwmaeden2 they appear to be 2 different boxes with queries.

 

@200849 theses boxes are now approaching the end of life and may or may not be able to be saved.

 

In your case though a 591 error relates to an internet issue and the box needs to be attached to your router by ethernet cable either directly or via power line adaptors.

 

Have you managed to set this up and it's failed, or were you attempting an initial set-up?
