My tv hub is not working. The guide comes up but when you click on the channel you want to watch it freezes. I think I need a new tv hub. Have googled and done everything it suggests but all to no avail.

Have you tried a factory reset?
Just to clarify though, does the box freeze or does it not respond to the remote? Have you tried changing the batteries?
