I believe it's in settings under power and standby (haven't got mine hooked up but as it's based on the YouView UI I think that still holds).
Smart is recommended which reduces the time taken during the day to turn on. To save power you can adjust the on and off time for this function, so for example you can set it for 10pm for off, and if yo rarely use until the afternoon set on for 1pm. This does not turn your box off at these times but if you manually turn the box off after 10pm it will enter deep sleep. If you need to turn the box on before 1pm in this scenario, it will start the box as if in deep standby mode.
