taken the old box out,but now no TV,only direct through the ariel,how can it go through the new router.

Only catchup, like iPlayer, goes through the router and delivered via the internet. All tv channels are via the aerial.

 

Why have you removed the tv box? Was it not working?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
