Not all TVs are compatible with the hub remote.
This is normally automatic during set up if so.
However under settings there is a setting for configuring your remote which will try and connect.
I haven't got my box hooked up at the moment to advise where this is, but hopefully you will be able to find it.
Please let us know how you get on or can't find the settings and support staff may be able to advise after the holidays.
