Can someone please advise... I know others have the same issue but is this something Talk Talk are fixing or do I need to do something with the You box.
Ive called them twice today and it’s a complete waste of time. I don’t want to lose my recordings if I have to reset. This has never happened before . Always happens automatically.

I'm sorry to hear this. A software update was rolled out yesterday evening. If this hasn't automatically updated then this can also be manually updated in the tv settings. I've included an update below.
