In Jan 2021 I was sent a replacement freeview box because the existing box failed and was stuck.in maintenance mode.
I was supplied with a DN372T and it tuned.in the HD Channels - something that the old box did not do at all.
Now, about 2 months ago, the existing box stopped displaying HD channels. A retune did not restore them, or rests etc, so I thought it could be my aerial. However I thought I would try and sort it today. Before I looked at the actual aerial I unplugged the aerial cable and directly plugged it into my Samsung TV and the TV did a retune and displays all the HD channels. Switching the aerial back to the DN372T, and it would not tune in the HD channels. So I am convinced the box is faulty and not my reception or aerial. Can the DN372T be replaced please.

Can I just check, have you also tried a factory reset?
