Poor signal with error code appearing constantly

Is this a sudden issue or been happening for an extended period?
Is it affecting all channels or only a few?
If recent it could be weather related and if so will improve.
If over a long period it could be your aerial in which case you will need to consult a local installer to fix. You can check this by plugging the aerial directly into the TV, bypassing the box and see if you have have any signal issues on the TV.
