TV is continually cutting out and pausing going pixelated. We get an error code YVM302 and then can't press the back button or help button.
Internet is working fine and have done power on / off checks as well as reset button on both TV box and router. What do you advise?

YVM302 does indicate a poor or weak signal from the aerial.
Take a look at : High pressure could affect reception across parts of the UK this week | Freeview
You can try a retune without the aerial then retune again with the aerial, but if the signals are affected this is not a guaranteed fix.
