I was just given a new account number today and the email also recommended I download the TalkTalk app on my iPhone. “Good idea” I thought as I usually see error messages when trying to view my bills on the web site in MyAccount.
But the app fails to download bills as well!! Error is:
“something went wrong — error code 415016”

Yes correct - logged in to app ok.
The app offers “help&support” (which isn’t helpful in this case), and “chat to us” (which doesn’t work- nothing happens), and “Community” (which is how I ended up here).
So I am still looking for help to get hold of my monthly bill (for expense claims).

It looks like you have successfully logged into the app. This is not generally available except under specific contracts, and if you have one of these contracts, as I understand it, help is also via the app and unfortunately not via the forum.
Check the App for help topics, but if you still have issues, then post back and staff can clarify for you.
