Unable to download TalkTalk Supersafe

I have supersafe installed on 6 devices, 2 iphone, 2 windows laptops and 2 android tablet's.  I have 4 licenses left and wish to install it in another android tablet. I have logged into my talktalk supersafe account with the tablet and requested the supersafe installation. I take me to the android play store but am told talktalk supersafe is not compatible with my tablet, why is this happening. The license is available within my account, the software was compatible in other android tablet's why is it incompatible with this tablet.

Which of the tablets can't install SuperSafe?

My wife's is on 8, a second is on 12, the one that Android play station says in not compatible is on 9. I see no reason why it is incompatible. Have asked about this in the past, it is possible the  play station server is no longer configured to provide talktalk supersafe.

Hi PeterB-1947, is the new tablet using the same version of android as the other? What version are they both using? Are both devices new?
