I messaged talktalk and spoke with Jatin who cancelled my TV box. He said it would be removed from my next bill this is still showing I hope it will be removed soon, thanks

If the bill had already been made up (which is a few days before you receive it, @MariaB1) it can't be altered, so it depends when the "next" bill is due. Any overpayment after cancellation of it would be refunded, on the subsequent bill.

Sorry but you need to phone as part cancellation of contracts cannot be done via the forum.
