No internet for 4 days supposed to setting something temporary up

So our internet was cut off by the local fibre team on Sunday no internet since , we’ve been told open reach is setting something temporary up to our house but nothing is happening and it’s half term 3 children plus we have a business which uses the internet !!! Help !!!!!!

Did you report the break in service to TalkTalk?

 

At least you know that Openreach are aware and have advised you that they're looking to repair or replace asap.
