The £75 credit promised has still not been credited to my account.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, i have reviewed notes updated to your account on the 13th of August 2025 stating the engineer charge is invalid and the engineer charge will be credited in 3working days and offered you a goodwill gesture. The goodwill gesture was added to your account and it is currently showing as a credit, however the engineer charge credit was not applied. I have applied the credit for you, however it will reflect in 24 hours on your account. You will be able to see the adjustment i have made on your my account under transactional history.

@CHIPY The information provided by @ferguson is correct you can also see any adjustments made and credits applied via your online my account under transactional history. Please update your profile so i can also look into this for you on my end

When was this applied? Have you checked the Transaction history in My Account?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
