I'm currently seeing a message on my account saying it's restricted for excessive use of my monthly allowance for phone calls, but I don't own a landline phone. I only use TalkTalk for broadband internet.
Can anyone assist me in understanding why this is happening and how to resolve it?

Hi, just me in the property so no possibility of this. I suppose I'll check for crossed lines next.

Hi @Gliwmaeden2, thank you for your input. @sab5106 please check on MyAccount under " View itemised phone usage" also as it shows that calls were made, numbers and all the information kindly confirm if there is no one else in your premises who is using landline or a number you recognize?

Borrow a landline handset to plug in and check that you have not got a crossed line, @sab5106.
You should be able to see your own phone number in My Account and in My Connection.
When you dial 17070 from a phone, is the same number read back?
If not, someone else has clocked this up. Check details of calls in your My Account too.
You won't have been looking out for call costs if you don't use it but someone else may have your crossed line.
