Automated payment telephone line took money

I called the automated payment line from my O2 mobile to pay my 100 year old grandmas landline phone bill, it took all my card details but not my grandmas account or bill reference, it's now taken that payment from my bank but it didn't pay off the bill. I had to call and speak to customer services who said that the bill amount of £102.11 (which I paid) wasn't even correct and that I should have paid £57.04!! so I paid that over the phone to them. I want my £102.11 back please. I called 03451720040, the number on the back of the bill. Help (I've also emailed you)

Hi @woody1232 I have gained access to your account, and I do see that the payment has been paid to your account, and it is a credit on the account. You will be able to request a refund on your myaccount or I will be able to request one for you.
