There seems to be a problem with the TalkTalk website - I have been trying for 4 days to pay my broadband bill online using my debit card and it will not let me do it as it is blocking the payment and shows a no-entry style icon, I have also tried to pay using the telephone payment system and it says that my card is invalid which is rubbish. Can some one at TalkTalk please get this problem sorted asap. I am sure that they have plenty of capable people to do this. Thank you.

Hi @vbra$ Thank you for bringing this into our attention, I will be able to look into your myaccount issue, alternatively you can call through to our customer services and billing team and they will be able to take the payment. 

Here is the number to our customer service department 03451720088 who will be able to assist you moving forward, you can contact them between the times Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm ; Saturday - 9am - 6pm ; Sunday - Closed
