My phone line was down for about three weeks. Stolen copper apparently!  It was restored on 22nd October. Should I not have received my automatic compensation by now. Any help would be great. Thanks

I had planned to wait but the number they are ringing on I do not recognise so have been trying to get through to the number left on the text. Waiting in line for hours wasn’t my plan for the day

I see that there is an open complaint case in place, you also have a callback booked for today around 12:00-14:00. I would suggest you wait for the call and see how it goes. Thanks

No Sadly not. I have put in a complaint now and texts coming from TT do not make any sense and are trying to say they called me on a totally random number. My phone line was down for 3+ weeks why has the automatic compensation happened?

Thank you for your help. I have phoned them 10 days ago and was told to wait. I will try again. I thought the beauty of automatic compensation was that it was ‘automatic’ and not a fight. I am sure the blame will be put elsewhere. Thank you again all.

@Ylm123, if it was restored on 22nd October, yes it should have been allocated by now, so it might be worth ringing them on Saturday  / use Chat:

So generally wait for 30 days. If it hasn't appeared on your account by then do post again and the support team will gladly look into it for you.
