I’ve also been screwed around re the £50 voucher for 4 months and eventually told I would get a credit on the account. HOWEVER my son who recommended me and also qualifies for £50 also has been told by TalkTalk to get POWER OF ATTORNEY over me to get his money. That is absolutely disgusting and as usual TalkTalk doesn’t reply to emails. The online chat is a total joke and I’m not wasting another hour plus on that talking to robots! . Rubbish service and I’ve now told a friend NOT to move to TALK TALK. How do I contact someone to get this resolved

Hi @JDRwolves

Sorry that you are unhappy.

Customer services cant discuss another customers account without the authority to do so, which i think is why they have advised a POA form.

If you add your sons account number to your community profile,  or ask him to register on the community I can take a look.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
