Hi Sandra1968,

How frustrating is it dealing with customer service I gave up.

I paid the call out even when the wall plate wasn’t broken & had no internet for days.

My complaint was escalated & was supposed to receive a call but the call never materialised what a surprise.I just don’t have the time or energy to spend hrs on the phone again.I know when my contract ends so I will be looking to change they take no responsibility poor service. Also I never received any compensation for internet loss just lies.I hope you get sorted.

I have spent hours on the phone and got no where! Very disappointed with the service and upset by the treatment the agent gave me

If the master socket/ face plate  is damaged then that is a chargeable visit.
