My bill for fibre 150 should be £28 per month but you've taken £31 the first month and £35 this month I am also having terrible connection can you check what's going on please

Hi Nokkker11
The £31 pound bill was produced on the 8th before the renewal on the 14th Nov so this months bill is the first bill after renewal, which can be higher due to pro-rata charges and reversals, these are shown on your bill , your following bills will be the £28 you agreed too.

@Nokkker11, post about the specific connection problems in either the fibre or full fibre sections. They are dealt separately from billing.
Is it Full Fibre 150?

Have you checked the details of the bill in My Account?
It may cover days from going live to the start of the billing cycle, as well as the full month ahead.
TV? Calls Boost? Check for extras, which are not part of the core contract.
