Whenever you are within the last 3 months of your contract, or out of contract, phone 03451 720088 or use a Chat link (live during the day, once you pass the bot questions) to negotiate a new deal.
Check that you can get a discount on the phone boost to keep total call bills down (to normal landlines or mobiles, up to an hour at a time).

Remember that there will be a CPI + 3.7% related increase each year in April (or similar, if that system changes). Other companies do similar annual increases.
