I can only seem to access an old Talktalk account that finished in 2022. At that time my son transferred his ongoing contract to me (as mine had finished). I have been paying the bills since but haven't needed to actually go into the Account until now. Although I do get the bill notifications to my email address with the current account number on when I try to access my account (with said email address) it takes me to my old account and the old account number not the current one. Any idea how I am going to get into the correct account??
