Can't log in to pay bill

Every time I try to log in to pay my bill today, it says preparing account details, preparing your bill, preparing your dashboard and then it goes back to the login page and I get a message saying Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. @ferguson @Robjay I've just tried again and it seems to have resolved itself and I'm logged in. Thanks both of you for your support. 😊

Are you still unable to get access? If so, wait until the support team are back online on Monday.

Update - just tried to login to my bills straight after i posted the reply and it logged in ok so looks like it's been mended.

I've been getting same yesterday and today. Give it till tomorrow when staff are  back at work, hopefully it will be sorted.
