I've just gotten the email about setting up the password for a TalkTalk My Account. however, when I type my email and hit enter i get the error message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."
do I need to wait for the engineer to come and set up my hub? if so then why did I receive a setup email? any help appreciated.

Thanks for adding the order number.
The account looks to be correctly setup, its is registered with the same address you have used to register in the community. Can you try and login following the forgotten password link.

I still can't set up my account, any help appreciated. I should mention that I don't have a home telephone number yet. Do I need to wait for talktalk to give it to me? if so then when can I expect to get it?
