Cant cancel

Ive been talktalk member for 3 years..with prices rises im moving to virgin.Ive tried to cancell contract 4 times only for each time to be hung up  on when clear inwas moving.

I suffer really badly from mental health which i could prove..i also mentioned this is one of calls.

Im at my wits end and cant sleep at night.

Please please i just want my contract cancelled..id be gratefull for your help.

Hi paisleychapster.

 

The cease was placed on the 24th March, cancellation takes 30 days so the date is showing as 24 April when the service will stop. 

 

Sorry that you have left us.

You can write to TalkTalk. Download the Terms and Conditions at the foot of this page and see Section 19 for details. I would send a few letters by tracked mail, just in case they try 'lost in post' excuse.

@paisleychapster, staff cannot cancel for you.

 

I'm afraid you will need to try to call 03451 720088 after 9am.

 

If you complete your community forum profile details, they will be able to check that the cancellation is going through correctly. Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

It might be an idea to note the name of the agent and the time of the call.
