As I'm unable to get into my account, am just wanting to understand why each month my bill is a different amount.
When I signed up for Full Fibre no bill was ever taken even though I had reported it. I then spoke to someone in Jan of this year, who informed me due to an issue on TalkTalk no bills had been issued since i had full fibre. She mentioned my bills would start up again at the price of £24 a month, First bill due to come out is £39.84 not £24, next bill due to come out is £47.73 not £24
Why are they different each month?

The different amounts you’re seeing are due to partial‑month charges and changes to your billing cycle, not because your monthly price has changed.
First bill created on 17/02/2026 — £39.84
This first bill included:
A small charge for 29.01.2026(when services went live)–17.02.2026 ( date bill was generated part month £15.84)
All of February charged in advance, from the 17.02.2026-16.03.2026(£24.00)
You requested a change to your payment due date
When you changed the date you’re billed, the system had to realign your billing cycle. This creates a small extra charge to cover the days between the old cycle and the new one.
Adjustment bill created on 23/02/2026 — £7.89
This is not another monthly bill.
It’s simply a one‑off adjustment to sync your account to the new payment schedule.
Total balance: £47.89
This is just:
£39.84 (first full bill) + £7.89 (cycle‑change adjustment)
