Copy of Welcome Pack

How difficult is it to get a copy of your welcome pack? I'm needing it to show my name, address and start and finish date of my contract. Cannot find it online.

@allstontowers, you should keep all recent contract emails. Your full address details etc will show in My Account. 

If you need staff support, please return to the message board, as this is an old  thread and staff only respond to the original poster  - then click on start a topic to begin your own thread.

This does not show in My Package.  I don't have access to old emails so can't check it there either.

Log into My Account and goto the my package details tab,  you should see

Each bill shows the end date of your contract, @Jhog86, so if you are out of contract, check back through earlier bills in My Account. 

You should have contract details in an old email, issued at the time of setting up the contract. Your name and address should show in My Account.
