Hi, I have just received my recent bill and find there is a cost of a phone call at just over £21 for 2.5 hours.!!! We are aware of the 0208 number and did make a call at that time but it only lasted a few minutes. Please could you check for us how this could have happened.. We would certainly not exceeded the 1 hour allowance and redialled if necessary. Thank you so much and wait to hear from you.

Hi Phili,
Thank you I did manage to get through to TT and they offered something off the bill as it turned out apparently to be that the phone had not been cancelled at the end of the call. We thought that the phone would have cancelled when the person called did not answer. Obviously not! Unless you can add to this, thank you very much for coming back.
