Started with post office broadband  which was taken over by shell then octopus then talktalk.

since talk talk have taken over I am receiving bills for my phone calls even though I have the anytime plus call package which covers all my phone calls. Have reported this to talk talk billing but still waiting for the promised reply

Hi @Spider1955

I have logged this as a fault as it appears the boost is not functioning correctly.

@Spider1955, it's likely that you have been moved to the closest match for your new Talktalk plan for core services, i.e. broadband including line rental.

Talktalk has an Anytime Calls boost that you can add to that, but it isn't free. It can be £16.00 per month but you can often get it discounted. It has a minimum one month commitment.

You need to specifically add it to your account.

There's also a similar boost for weekend and evening calls.

What exactly is the description of your package in My Account?
