How have people got their voucher for joining?

I was offered an Amazon voucher as a sweetener for joining but still haven't heard 3 months in. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you fix it?

It seems to be a common occurrence and TalkTalk prevaricate as much as they pay out on these so called vouchers. I'm still waiting for mine and I've been waiting 4 months. Why they just don't pay up and get on with the business of providing good service I will never know.

Who provided the voucher? I have moved this to the Billing section where the support team can have a look into it for you. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
