I upgraded my broadband on 19-12-2025 and received a confirmation email then a phonecall to confirm, however it is now 14-1-2026, I'm still getting requests to renew the contract saying it ends on 10-2-26 and the new package isn't showing up on my account. I'm getting worried, is this normal?
