I renewed and upgraded my broadband but still nothing on my account

I upgraded my broadband on 19-12-2025 and received a confirmation email then a phonecall to confirm, however it is now 14-1-2026, I'm still getting requests to renew the contract saying it ends on 10-2-26 and the new package isn't showing up on my account. I'm getting worried, is this normal?

Upon looking into the account, I've realized that the estimated completion date for your order is on the 30/01/2026. I don't think you should stress much but if you would like to get more information on this please contact our loyalty team, and they will be more than happy to fill you in on the process and how everything will work out.
