After logging in to my account I cannot access the my bills section it is just unavailable and hangs with never ending rotating dots (ie working) Have tried over many days with the same result. Most of the my account portal is available but also had problem trying to access all the telephone call made so I am unable to determine why my bill has reached £70.49 this end december bill instead of around £ 44.00

If you are using any pop up or ad blockers, these can interfere with the viewing of your bill.

 

If you are using these, then add TalkTalk to your allow, or white list. Hopefully you will be able to view then.

 

Alternatively try a new browser without any addons.

@JohnP1946 I have looked into the account, the bill generated on the 31/12/2025 whilst you were out contract, the discounts had expired however I can see that you have now renewed your contract, and this means you will receive credit reversals on your next bill. A clear breakdown of the bill will be sent privately.

Hi there @JohnP1946 I will assist you with a bill break down, please also try to clear your cache and cookies and clear your browsing history and thereafter attempt to login and view the bill.
