Hi it seems somehting on ur end has not worked as i have chatted with a agent to report it but now keep getting told ur still trying to sort the problem out

it shows as complated on ur end but when i sign into my account it shows up these myaccount 1myaccount 1myaccount 2myaccount 2myaccount 3myaccount 3myaccount 4myaccount 4

@hosays299 just or clarity, once you have an open complaint on a topic, staff within customer services, be that phone, chat or the forum are unable to become involved in resolving an issue.

 

You will need to wait for the Complaints team or manager to resolve this for you.

 

All staff here can do is pass on a !message to them, should the need arise.

I have just been getting text message no actually information 

 

The last one was yesterday afternoon 

 

Said 

 

"TalkTalk Update: Hello, unfortunately we have encountered a delay on the ticket we raised on your account. We will be back in touch in 5 working days with a further update."

Hi @hosays299 I have located your account and can confirm that it is currently inactive. The estimated go-live date was June 17, 2025. Additionally, there is an open complaint regarding your order, and a follow-up has been scheduled for today. You will be contacted at 12:00 PM.

@hosays299 thanks for starting your separate thread on this topic.

 

It's best to keep issue on different topics separate from each other.

 

For TalkTalk staff info, the customer has another issue being looked into on mobile phone calls not being received on his landline here.

These don't appear to be linked but please be mindful of more than one issue for this customer.
