Hi I am not sure as I just got basic text message as I shared on one of the threads.

I am hoping to talk with someone soon as not looking good if they just send text message out that I can't reply to.

@hosays299 I note under your other thread that the complaints team are involved.

Are they also involved in this issue regarding your mobile?

If so then the same criteria I advised on your other thread also applies to this issue.

@hosays299

Thank you for starting a separate thread for your My Account issue..

For TalkTalk staff info, the customer has another issue being looked into regarding my account here.

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Billing/Myaccount-not-active-yet/td-p/3116647

These don't appear to be linked but please be mindful of more than one issue for this customer

Do you use callsafe? If so could this be on your blocked list instead of accept list? Have you tried adding it to the acceptance list?

not on on my account just checked

In my account have you enabled unidentified caller rejection or mobile phones?

i seems i can not access that as is it under my tel setting when i click on my tel setting it sends me to error page.

Could any of these be an issue?

In case you use Callsafe, please add your mobile phone number to the private notes field so that staff can check the appropriate lists.

I have left call safe off as that is how it was when i joined i willa dd my mobile number to the privaite section on my profile

@hosays299 you will have to decide which medium of help you wish to receive. Asking multiple channels to try and sort an issue will cause problems and could cause conflicts with your service.

If you have raised a complaint, which you don't mention but for information, only the CEO / complaints manager can then help, which precludes any other help from other sources.

You mention other issues with your account but don't provide details or what help has already been offered or tried.

I suggest that if you wish staff here to look into that you start a new thread for each issue under the appropriate board and detail what the issue is and steps already taken, and close help to the other source.

It may though be best to continue with the help you already getting as posting here you may be asked to perform the same tests as you have already been asked to do.

Please let us know how you wish to proceed.

Hi i have account issue as not showing live or completed on website but is on their side.

Now when I call my mobile it says the number u have called is not accepting incoming calls 🙄

I was told they need to fix one issue at a time.

Why can they not sort both out.

I see from the other thread you posted on you are seeking help via chat.

Normally with Full Fibre issues you are best to phone, but hope you get this sorted via chat.
