Hi i see someone else has also reported that they can call a THREE mobile network number and it works but when the THREE mobile number calls talktalk landline it does not work
I have just joined from VM

You cannot visit click.talktalk.co.uk right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Just had text and email to say my service is now live.
Just tried calling home and it works.
Will wait and see if other people can get through and let u know

Case opened on chat but tried to explain already got case open.
Apparently the package was not upgraded what ever that means.
Please sort ASAP as keep get told wait working days.

Yes u give me info which can be put on here but i seems to not get a call can u check ur dm and tell me by which way they are contacting me or i will be calling u as in tt to find out why u no longer make calls just send bad info with no clear info on a end date almost like u do not care any more

Broadband is work fine and phone is plugged in but seems to be issue.
the my account shows done complated at their end i was told on chat when 1st chated with them. But on my end it does not as i have shown in a thread on here the pages i see with error or issue messages
I am hoping they can fix both soon. but i think they need the my account to be fixed to then look at the phone side as i can not access the setting on my account some are not working as shows my line is not active yet.
which in turn is delaying vm being told i am now active with tt.
just would like a person to tell me what is going on not to wait anther 5 working days via text

@hosays299 if your broadband service is not yet up and running with Talktalk, I can't see how the phone could possibly be working yet.
VOIP goes hand in hand with the full fibre service so there's no way it can work till the broadband is sorted out.
