Hi

Can someone please help me to get TalkTalk to submit an ORDI. My address does not match my phone no with OpenReach. I have tried multiple times to call TT and whoever I speak to does not know what I am referring to or tells me I have to do it myself which obviously I cannot do. It is driving me insane that TT are so unwilling or unable to resolve this.

Please can someone help me?
