Hi,
After 7 phonecalls with customer services and the tech support team I still do not have any answers as to why I do not have internet now going into the 3rd day after the restriction was supposedly lifted. I have been told 7 different reasons some saying it had been lifted and others saying it was still in place but still no clear answers.
I require the internet for work. Can somebody please assist?

There are no barrs showing, can you power down your router for 30 mins to reset the connection.
