I am sorry if this post is in the wrong section.
My contract ends in 6 Apr, this year will be my 15th year with TT.
I have just had a problem where I lost my Broadband but was solved very speedly, i think this was about the third in the time I have been with TT, thus I would like to stay with TT.
I am on Fibre 35 and with telephone.
I am now paying £41 pm it was £35 as I had telephone half price.
Who or whom do I negociate with please . Thank you Hugo
