I would like to cancel both of these charges as I do not need either.
In My account, Talk Talk directs me to pages where these options are not visible.
My contract has ended so I am reviewing my options & this jumps out as an unnecessary cost. (£16 & £5 / month.)
I await your response next week.

You would be best to speak to the Loyalty Team as to cancel the TV you need to have this deleted by staff.
Whilst there, ask what the best deal they can offer you is as they hold the best deals available.
0345 172 0088 is currently working. Say "Loyalty Team" or "leaving TalkTalk" or "cancel TalkTalk" when prompted and you should get through to someone to talk to.
You may though have to listen to a few lengthy recorded messages, but if you persevere you should get through to someone.
