Hi, I joined shell broadband via a comparison website in June, with the promise of a £100 amazon voucher.
I had no idea of the talktalk buy out until it actually happened.
The voucher has never arrived despite a calls with talktalk saying it will be honoured.
Shell are uncontactable on the matter, and their service says contact talktalk.
I'm increasingly frustrated that promised haven't materialised, and I'm having to spend so much time and effort chasing, and nothing happening.
Any idea how I can get my voucher ?
Failing that, I'll be looking to cancel under breach of contract.
Appreciate if someone could help as I feel I've exhausted all avenues.

You need to specifically ask for the Shell Migration team when you phone, @Tommytango.
They are dealing with all these legacy issues: 03451 720088 (after 9am).
